All summer long, we’re introducing you to the team that creates, shakes, and stirs the cocktails on the PCo and Oyster Bar menus. We’re so excited for you to meet them, see a little bit of their favorite beverages, and background! Join us the first Monday of each month as we celebrate our team and raise a glass to them.

Do you feel like no one understands you? do you have layers like an onion, not a parfait, not a cake, but an onion? Do people take one look at you and run away in fear from your large green form? Well do we have the place for you! Monday Sept 2nd Puritan Oyster Bar will become the swamp of your dreams! There will be drinks to help you find Happily Ever After (results may vary), food that will make your mouth water even if you are a stuck up princess who's been locked away in the highest room in the tallest tower guarded by a dragon for the last decade. Join all the other exiled fairytale characters from 6-9 and have your drinks whipped up by the fairy-godmother herself, Sarah Feeney, and her helpful man-servant. Don't worry if you stay late in the morning I'm making Waffles!!*

‘Versova Social’ is a pop-up bartending series, presented by Boston-based bartender Altamash Gaziyani, that is rooted in bringing South Asian ingredients and flavors to life in craft cocktails at bars across the city. Modeled on the actual social club in Versova, Mumbai, the food and drinks at each 'Versova Social' event pull from South Asian flavor profiles, ingredients, and sense memories, and aim to tell specific stories about Altamash's own upbringing and experiences as a first-generation immigrant.
